Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Domestic
We accept requests for return, refund, and replacement only under the following circumstances:

Broken or Damaged Products: If the product you received is broken or damaged upon arrival.

Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the specifications mentioned during the order placement.
Please Note:
- In the case of a domestic return, deductions for shipping, marketing, operations, and damages may be applied before issuing a refund.
- We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Turnaround Time: Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The credited amount should appear in the customer’s bank account within this period, depending on the bank’s processing time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order cancellation is valid only until the product is dispatched. We are unable to entertain cancellation requests once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.
International
We accept requests for return, refund, and replacement only under the following circumstances:

Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the specifications mentioned during the order placement.
Please Note:
- For international returns, deductions for shipping, marketing, operations, and damages may be applied before issuing a refund. Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees that may apply.
- We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery.
- Refund Turnaround Time: Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. The credited amount should appear in the customer’s bank account within this period, depending on the bank’s and the international payment processor’s processing times.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests for international orders are valid only until the product is dispatched. Once the product has been shipped or dispatched through our courier partner, we cannot process any cancellation requests.
Additional Notes For digital products:
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital products and downloadable content, are non-returnable and non-refundable. you cannot change, cancel your Purchase under any circumstances
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement.
